Shichirinya Hide

The characteristic of 'Shichirin-ya Hide' is a style of enjoying carefully selected fresh meat grilled on a shichirin (a small charcoal grill). Fresh offal such as yukhoe and liver have a good color and luster, with enhanced tenderness and flavor. There is also a rich variety of cuts like harami and loin, each served at the appropriate level of doneness, and grilling on the shichirin concentrates the aroma and juiciness.

The interior has a calm and tasteful atmosphere, with sunken kotatsu seating and counter seats, providing a space where one can spend a relaxed time. The warm lighting and the warmth of wood can be felt, creating a relaxing ambiance.

Opened in 2006, 'Shichirin-ya Hide' is a beloved yakiniku restaurant in the local area. It is committed to grilling fresh meat over a shichirin (a type of charcoal grill), carefully adjusting the cooking to maximize the meat's flavor. One of its attractions is the regular half-price service for offal, which reflects its close ties to the community.
