The appetizers and sashimi are fresh, and the gentle flavors centered around vegetables are pleasant. The signature grilled beef tongue is thickly sliced and aromatic, with umami that expands with each bite. The beef tongue shabu-shabu pot is infused with broth, and the vegetables like green onions are very delicious. Even the final noodles and sesame pudding are enjoyable, making it a perfect time to quietly savor some sake.
