This is a craft beer made in a town called Fukuzumi in Hyogo Prefecture.
The first local shochu from Tajima, 'Ame no Hiboko,' is a rare shochu made from five grains (rice, barley, buckwheat, millet, and sorghum) in Japan. It retains the aroma and flavor of the five grains while being a refreshing and easy-to-drink shochu.
