Chef Julian is committed to hyper-local ingredients and sustainability. He works with 27 Bay Area farmers and purveyors to provide guests with a well-crafted tasting menu that provides a balance of flavors, tastes, and textures throughout the meal. This eight course tasting menu is served evenings in the Tasting House's casually elegant dining room where live jazz is performed nightly. There is an optional wine pairing available for $80 which has been curated by our team of Sommeliers.
