The interior is new and clean, with a calm atmosphere. The skewers grilled over charcoal have a wonderful aroma, the young chicken is juicy, and the local chicken releases its flavor the more you chew. Personally, I was impressed by the smooth texture of the chicken sashimi, and I couldn't help but keep eating. The menu also offers a variety of side dishes like chicken sashimi and potato salad, so you can enjoy it without getting bored. There is a wide selection of alcoholic beverages, and I appreciate being able to choose sake or shochu to pair with the food. The staff are friendly and explain the menu, so I felt comfortable even as a first-time visitor.
