Pani Puri is a very popular street food in Nepal, consisting of crispy puris filled with spicy potatoes and sour water (pani). To eat it, use a spoon to make a hole in the puri, fill it with spicy potatoes, and then pour the pani into it. Finally, eat it all in one bite immediately. Be careful as the puri can break easily when it absorbs moisture.

Chatpat is a street snack made by mixing puffed rice with a little instant ramen, beans, boiled potatoes, onions, carrots, cucumbers, and spices. It has a sour and slightly spicy taste (the spiciness can be adjusted) that is addictive.
