The curry made with special ginger syrup warms your body gently the more you eat it. The menu consists of just one type of curry, which is hearty with plenty of keema, beans, and root vegetables. The light texture of the roux spreads the aroma of spices, and the lingering spiciness is pleasant. Mixing it with tomatoes and cilantro, or squeezing lemon on top, brings the flavors together nicely. They ask whether you want cilantro or not, allowing you to enjoy it according to your preference. The cozy and calm interior of the small restaurant, along with the friendly explanations, makes it a comfortable place to be.
