All-You-Can-Eat Sushi Bar Featuring Okinawan Ingredients

Enjoy as much nigiri sushi as you like, made with small rice balls using red vinegar and a variety of toppings. The buffet-style setup includes unique Okinawan ingredients like sea grapes and bitter melon, along with tempura and desserts, making it a fun experience for families and groups. The sushi at the counter is continuously replenished with freshly made pieces, and they are easy to enjoy with a light soy sauce. The attentive service and resort-like openness enhance the memories of your trip.

We enjoyed a relaxing time with the whole family at a sushi restaurant on the second floor of the hotel. We were able to see a demonstration of tuna filleting up close, and the piece that was immediately prepared for us was very fresh. The sushi pieces were small and easy to eat, with a perfect balance with the toppings. The style allowed us to choose as much as we liked, and there were many varieties that made it exciting. I particularly loved the popping texture of the salmon roe and flying fish roe, and ended up getting a second helping. The ice cream after the meal allowed us to enjoy flavors like sugar cane, shikuwasa, and purple sweet potato, making for a satisfying meal.
