The atmosphere of the shop is very enjoyable, and I ended up staying longer than I intended. The curry, infused with bonito and sardine broth, is exceptional, and the texture of the minced chicken and minced pork is superb. It has just the right amount of spice, and the umami is rich. There are various toppings available, which adds to the fun of choosing. I was able to relax with the coffee served after the meal.

As I walked a little from the station, a spicy aroma wafted through the air, heightening my expectations. The counter seats were quickly filled, indicating its popularity. The curry, packed with plenty of ingredients, was rich in aroma, and the exquisite flavor of the spices spread across my palate. The crunchy sides and toppings were also appealing, making for a delightful dining experience!

The curry combinations at this restaurant are excellent. The combination of curry with rice is exquisite, and each flavor is enhanced by the other. In particular, the green curry in the mix-and-match curry has a unique spiciness and sweetness, and the beef tenderloin curry has a three-day aged flavor. The curry lineup is also diverse, with different spices available every day. This is a restaurant I would like to revisit.

G Curry is a classic beef tendon curry with a special Japanese broth (made from jaw, bonito, saba urume bushi, and true kelp), combined with coarsely ground chicken thigh and pork mince to create a W Keema curry. While maintaining the assertiveness of the classic beef tendon curry, it has a sweeter and milder finish with a more Japanese taste. The beef tendon is carefully simmered, and the coarsely ground chicken and pork mince provide a chunky and satisfying texture when bitten into.
