這家餐廳的咖哩組合非常棒。相明咖哩的搭配非常精緻，每種味道都十分突出。尤其是愛明咖哩的青咖哩有獨特的辣味和甜味，牛筋咖哩有經過3天陳化的味道。咖哩陣容也多種多樣，每天都可以品嚐到不同的香料。是一家我想再去的店。

G Triton W Keema Curry

G Curry is a classic beef tendon curry with a special Japanese broth (made from jaw, bonito, saba urume bushi, and true kelp), combined with coarsely ground chicken thigh and pork mince to create a W Keema curry. While maintaining the assertiveness of the classic beef tendon curry, it has a sweeter and milder finish with a more Japanese taste. The beef tendon is carefully simmered, and the coarsely ground chicken and pork mince provide a chunky and satisfying texture when bitten into.
