Handmade Soba Yukaritei offers a delightful experience of enjoying smooth soba made from Shinshu Yatsugatake buckwheat flour while overlooking a beautiful Japanese garden. The expertly crafted thin and chewy soba, paired with tempura made from homegrown vegetables, is exceptional. The traditional farmhouse-style building, set in a quiet rural environment, provides a serene atmosphere. You can savor seasonal dishes while appreciating the changing scenery of the garden throughout the year.

A tempura rice bowl made with local seasonal vegetables, namul of home-grown bracken and spring cabbage, buckwheat flour burrito, and the landlady's proud plum and cucumber sesame dressing. Comes with a dessert of sweet summer orange chiffon cake.
