Soba made with 80% buckwheat flour and 20% wheat flour, providing a smooth texture and satisfying taste that doesn't get old. We also offer hot kake soba.
Soba made from 100% buckwheat flour, with each part of the flour blended in Fuumi's unique blend and kneaded with water. Please enjoy the rich flavor and aroma. Limited to 15 servings per day.
This is a refined and sweet soba made with the highest quality whole buckwheat (peeled grains) ground in a stone mill to produce coarse ground flour, mixed with wheat flour in a ratio of two parts wheat to ten parts soba flour. To fully enjoy its delicate flavor, try eating it with water and salt instead of dipping sauce. Limited to 15 servings per day.
