A special dish made with a carefully simmered broth extracted from the bones of Hinai chicken, a specialty of Akita, filled with plenty of Hinai chicken and kiritanpo.
Please enjoy this dish with plenty of 'Sendai Seri', a specialty of Natori City, cooked in the broth of Sendai's famous local chicken.
