The time spent in a calm shop with jazz playing in the background, while watching the master cook, is very pleasant. The seasonal cold pasta highlights the sweetness of the tomatoes and the crispness of the lettuce, and it pairs perfectly with the tuna. The sautéed chicken has a fragrant mayonnaise flavor, and the accompanying vegetables and miso soup enhance the satisfaction. There was also a slightly nostalgic Neapolitan pasta, which brought a smile to my face. After the meal, enjoying freshly brewed coffee allows for a deep richness to spread, helping me relax. The master is quiet and kind, and I felt that it is a wonderful shop that is easy to drop by even alone.

Jazz flows comfortably, allowing you to relax the moment you step in. It's delightful that the master, who runs the place alone, greets you with a smile. The chicken teriyaki bowl has a glossy sauce that clings to the rice, making it impossible to stop eating. The mild miso soup that comes with it has a gentle flavor that brings comfort. The coffee brewed with a paper filter is rich in aroma, and the stylish cup elevates the mood. I was able to spend a leisurely time in a calm atmosphere with many regulars.
