This is a wonderful restaurant for vegetable lovers, regardless of whether male or female, using Kirishima chicken, the first of its kind in the Kansai region, and serving vegetables chosen by a vegetable sommelier. It is manual yet reassuring. The hijiki stew and squid roe with cod roe is a delicious dish. The salted malted rice bagna cauda with seasonal vegetables is very tasty and the vegetables have a nice crispiness. Kokoro, Negima, and Sasami Wasabi are also delicious. Chicken Nanban is also delicious along with homemade tartar sauce.
