A yakitori restaurant specializing in the handling of chickens, specializing in creative chicken dishes and a specialty of Cassiwa! Tsukimi Tsukune! Please enjoy our chicken wings and chicken sausage cassoulet style, spaghettini with sesse and turnip, and other delicacies you won't find at any other yakitori restaurant.
Cassiwa is known for its "chicken," but we have prepared a course that will satisfy you with our supreme "Wagyu" beef and "gibier" dishes. Please be satisfied with Wagyu beef and gibier, such as venison thigh tataki, grilled Jukujusei beef halami, and rice cooked in an earthenware pot with beef shin meat.
Adding the essence of "fragrance" to all the dishes will make them evolve to a higher level! This is Cassiwa's signature charcoal grill course. This course is available only for customers who visit our restaurant from 12/1.
