This was my homework store for many years, and I had done a lot of prep work on my followers' posts, Instagram, etc. After toasting with akahoshi (red star), we started with tan shio (tongue salt). It is not a very thick cut, but it has a rich flavor, and the saltiness was just right and made the beer go down a treat. It has been a long time since I have had yakiniku, and I regret that I forgot to take a picture of it. Next was the 3 kinds of 2-plate set (2,200 yen: sirloin, chicken breast, and ribs). When I think of chicken, I think of chicken, but this was the first time I had tasted beef chicken. I thought it was a front leg type, but I was wrong, it was a back leg. One slice was not enough for me at all, so I even considered ordering another one. The cuts of both the vertical ribs and the sirloin are not large, but they are very satisfying. Hormone: 3 kinds of 4 pieces (1300 yen: shibire, mino, horumon) The shibire is delicious, although it is not a part I am familiar with. I asked the waiter about it, and he told me that it is located near the cheek, which I later Googled. The texture is good and the more you chew, the more flavor comes out. The mino and horumon had no smell, and my companion was very satisfied. I visited on a Monday, so I was not sure about the hormone. I was not sure about the hormone because we visited on a Monday, but the quality was very high. It is indeed a long-established restaurant established in 1960. After that, we finished our meal with kalbi (1,000 yen) and harami (1,000 yen). We were quite hungry and the bill was about 5,000 yen per person, which was very cost-effective.

A perfect example of old-school yakiniku. The hidden menu's tamagoyaki is a must!
