Suehiro Ramen Honpo Takadanobaba Branch Takadanobaba's Machichuka🍜🍥. A beloved restaurant with a great Showa, retro atmosphere and always an amazing lineup (*'▽'*)❤️ It is featured in Tokyo Calendar, highly rated at *3.57 on the food log, and very, very attractive💕. And I personally love this handsome restaurant! I ordered the Chinese Soba (medium) + half cooked rice set for 1000 yen ✨. The price is the same from medium to extra large, and if I wasn't on a diet, I would have had the extra large (>_<) I can eat it. This time, I'll report on the Chinese noodles: ✏️ The soup is thick and rich with soy sauce. It is rich, thick, and a little bit salty. The taste of meat comes out well. Because there is a lot of fat floating in the soup, it is very hot. ♨️ Beware of burns 💥 lol Thin and chunky noodles are simple. Even the noodles are this brown color. They soak up the flavor of the soup and are the best 💕. The chashu pork is thinly sliced, soft and tender 🐷. The ramen with rich soy sauce 🍜 is the best ♡♡♡♡♡! I love it! I love it! 🍜🍜

Based on the taste passed down directly from the original Shinpukusai-kan, which originated from a food stall in front of Kyoto Station, the recipe was improved to suit the snowy region of Tohoku where the previous generation was from, resulting in the flavor of Suehiro Ramen.
