Shariapin is a cooking method that involves marinating finely chopped onions to tenderize beef, a sauce unique to Japanese beef dishes.
A proud masterpiece. Our homemade (smoked) bacon uses Italian Duroc pork. The smoking time is 4 hours, and with the preparation, it takes a week to complete. Please enjoy it with the accompanying lemon or mustard.
