The signature mala fried chicken is fragrant with many spices and is easy to eat in a tulip shape. The mala noodles have a moderate numbing sensation and richness, with enjoyable flavor options to choose from. The earth fried rice has a simple combination that you can eat heartily without getting tired of it. There are also highballs with a hint of Sichuan pepper, Shaoxing wine highballs, and fruity sours, which pair well with the dishes.
