French greenish-yellow, rich mineral aroma, impressions of citrus and flint. After aging, there are also scents of butter and nuts. It has a delicate, fresh, and fruity taste, making it a perfect white wine for Japanese cuisine.
Fermented in French oak barrels from Spain. After that, it undergoes contact with the lees. Due to the sandy soil, a wine suitable for aging with high extract content was created.
A complex flavor of vanilla, peach, and exotic fruits spreads in the mouth. After aging in barrels for 6 months, a blend of 4 varieties is aged at low temperatures for about 1 year, resulting in a harmonious taste.
By using fruit harvested from over 60 vineyards across the Barossa region in the final blend, it provides consistency to Peter Lehmann's original style of richness. It has a deep color with a bouquet of dark forest fruits, accompanied by subtle notes of chocolate and vanilla in the background. It is full-bodied, with rich flavors and soft, velvety tannins.
