The moment you enter, the aroma of spices spreads gently, creating excitement. The dry tantan noodles are fragrant with Sichuan pepper and homemade spicy oil, and the more you mix, the deeper the flavor becomes. The thick noodles cling well to the sauce, and the crunchy texture of the nuts combined with the richness of the meat miso is irresistible. The warm tantan noodles, despite their red appearance, have a strong umami flavor, with minced meat and chopped green onions bringing everything together. You can change the flavor with the table-side extra Sichuan pepper and vinegar, and the sauce for the Sichuan dumplings is also addictively delicious.
