There are many types of grilled dishes, all of which are tender and easy to eat. In particular, the lamb, beef skirt, and tongue are fragrant, and the flavor expands with each bite. You can refill your rice and soup, so you feel very satisfied. The cold noodles have thick, chewy noodles, and the gently flavored soup is refreshingly cold, which feels great. The low-temperature cooked chicken breast is also fluffy, and when paired with condiments, the flavors come together nicely. The staff is friendly, the restaurant is bright, and the time spent grilling on the shichirin is pleasant.
