Musashi Kosugi Taishū Yakiniku Bōin Bōshoku

A course featuring a three-item platter of Tajima beef tongue, sagari, and mino, seasoned with special green onion salt and sauce, along with kimchi, grilled vegetables, and cold noodles. In particular, it is recommended to enjoy the kalbi roast cooked to a rare level, and there are various ways to enjoy it, such as using free eggs to make it in a sukiyaki style.

The interior features a chic and stylish space with a black theme, creating a calm and sophisticated atmosphere for adults. With a compact layout of about 30 seats, there is also a semi-private room available at the back that can accommodate up to 10 people. The seating is spacious, designed for guests to enjoy their meals comfortably. The subdued brightness of the lighting and the elegance of the interior further enhance the special experience of enjoying grilled meat.

# History of the Restaurant "Musashi Kosugi Tasty Yakiniku Bouin Boushoku" opened in September 2023, inspired by the popularity of its main branch in Hiroo. It is operated by Islands Co., Ltd., which also runs the members-only high-end yakiniku restaurant "Shinshin Kiyou," and has garnered attention as a yakiniku restaurant in the "Bouin Boushoku" style where customers can enjoy Tajima beef at reasonable prices. There are plans to expand further into areas outside the metropolitan region in the future, and it is widely supported as a yakiniku restaurant with a unique style and affordability.
