Sitting at the counter, I feel relieved as I am greeted by the warm smiles of the owner and the hostess. The handwritten menu posted right in front of me is all so appealing that I can't help but want to order a variety of dishes. The signature dish, the Mozuraiton pork shabu-shabu, has a sweet fat that is irresistible when eaten with lettuce. The octopus sashimi and agedashi tofu are also fresh, and despite their generous portions, I find myself wanting to eat more. The casual conversations exchanged each time a dish is brought out are enjoyable, and there's a natural atmosphere that allows customers to bond with each other. After the meal, I spotted the Mount Fuji and four-leaf clover designs on the edge of the dish, which kept me in a happy mood until the very end.
