In a cozy space with only counter seats, you can eat in a relaxed manner. I chose the chicken paitan dipping noodles, and when I first tasted the dipping sauce, I could really feel the umami. The noodles are elastic and blend well with the dipping sauce. Adding a little lemon and ginger makes the aftertaste refreshing, and I found myself eating more. Finally, I finished with a soup dilution, enjoying every last bit. I was also happy that I could sit down without waiting, and I felt it was a casual bowl that I could easily drop by for.
