This is a local sake from Matsumoto that has been available at our shop since its opening, as it pairs well with Kawanakamo duck. There are a very large number of brands, and we prepare several varieties for you on any given day. Please enjoy the fine sake poured into the 'Katakuchi' sake vessel purchased by the owner, served in a thin Echi pottery flat cup.

The owner enjoyed this exquisite sake after accidentally drinking it at a Kyoto restaurant, where it paired well with the restaurant's Kawachi duck dish. Please enjoy Joyo, which is shipped directly from the brewery, a sake that is rarely available in Tokyo.
