The interior of our restaurant offers breathtaking views of the sun setting behind the Dōzen Caldera, the crystal-clear waters of the Oki Islands—among the clearest in Japan—and the movement of ferries connecting the three main islands.
Our course meals are centered around seasonal ingredients sourced from Oki’s rich natural environment and dedicated local producers, woven together with stories of their passion and the culture of Oki.
We offer a 7- to 8-course meal inspired by Italian culinary techniques, served over approximately two hours.
▶ Seating at Entô Dining is limited. We strongly recommend making an early reservation if you wish to dine with us.
Please note that same-day reservations are not accepted.
▶ Please be aware that accommodation and dining reservations must be made separately.
▶ For guests staying multiple nights: a different course will be served on the second night.
If staying three or more nights, you may choose the menu from either the first or second night.
▶ Our courses begin at the same time for all guests. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to serve the course smoothly. Thank you for your understanding.
*Same-day changes to reservation times are not allowed.
Please contact us at least 4 days in advance if you wish to make changes to your reservation time.

As the Oki Islands are remote, there are no convenience stores and only a limited number of restaurants.
We strongly recommend making advance reservations if you plan to dine at another restaurant on the island.

A luxurious dining experience in Shimane Prefecture
Ento Dining is located in Ama Town, Shimane Prefecture, offering a perfect spot to enjoy fresh local ingredients while gazing at the tranquil sea.
