I am happy that they grill it with sauce right there. There are grilled fish, simmered dishes, and sashimi lined up, and just watching them makes me excited. The mutsu fish and scallops had a strong flavor and were very delicious. The glossy finish of the grilled dishes whets the appetite, and the grilled shellfish and shrimp seasoned with salt are also indispensable. There are pickled kohada and fish marinated in sake lees, which make the dining table at home more enjoyable. There are so many varieties that I end up hesitating, and I can also be satisfied with the liver and shellfish that go well with alcohol.
