The fresh Japanese beef skirt steak sashimi, when mixed with egg yolk, brings out a distinct sweetness and has a melting texture. Comparing rare cuts is enjoyable due to the differences in texture, and adding wasabi further enhances the deliciousness. The jar-marinated skirt steak packed with plenty of meat and the garlic-scented Japanese beef fried rice also provide a high level of satisfaction.
