This is regular edamame.
A familiar potato salad made with locally sourced vegetables.
The contents may vary depending on the supply situation. The spring ohitashi includes mizuna, spinach, and shungiku, among others. It has a high repeat rate. Local seasonal vegetables are used.
Stewed Kintoki beans seasoned sweetly.
Spicy seasoned kinpira burdock. Made with locally sourced burdock.
Uses small intestines of Kyushu Wagyu. The plump collagen bursts in your mouth.
Daikon radish infused with a rich flavor and a hint of chicken. Pairs well not only with local sake but also with wine and whiskey.

A hamburger made with pork, chicken, and locally sourced vegetables in addition to tofu. Please enjoy it with ponzu sauce.

Brand pork from Itoshima made into tonkatsu. The meat is fluffy and tender. We have a rich tonkatsu sauce available, but if you prefer Worcestershire sauce, ponzu, soy sauce, mayonnaise, or mustard, please let us know.
