Located near the station, you can relax in semi-private seats. It's fun to grill your own dried fish as the first appetizer, and the aroma is exciting. The grilled bonito and fresh sashimi have a wonderful fragrance, and the texture of the squid is particularly impressive. The braised beef tendon is melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the flavor seeps into the root vegetables, making it satisfying. The pickled ginger and tempura ginger, along with the charcoal-grilled dishes, are aromatic and make you want to keep eating. The lineup of sake is also extensive, allowing you to slowly savor it alongside scallop butter and mentaiko fried rice.
