The interior feels like a different world, and from the moment you sit down, you feel excited. The combination of fruits and tea blends naturally, and the spread of aromas is very pleasant. The idea of fermentation adds depth and rhythm to the flavors. Each dish has a clear expression, allowing you to immerse yourself in the experience. Not only the sweets but also the charm of the tea is fully felt, leading to new discoveries. By the time you finish eating, a refreshing feeling remains as if your body has become lighter, and a happy aftertaste lingers.

The new shop that has moved nearby is exciting from the moment you step in, with its impressive spatial design. The course that combines tea and sweets features a natural pairing with fruits, creating a very beautiful flow. The nuances of fermentation are effective, giving depth to the flavors, and the aftertaste is perfectly balanced. There is a transition in the setting during the experience, which enhances the sense of immersion. With each bite, the charm of the tea comes through, revealing new discoveries in its aroma and lingering taste. The unique atmosphere and rich sensibility are palpable, and I was moved by the overall quality of the course.
