The spacious interior makes it easy to access, and there is parking available. The rich chicken-based soup has a nice thickness without being too heavy, and the umami flavor is well pronounced. The noodles are elastic and hold the soup well. It's fun to be able to add green onions and pickled ginger by yourself, allowing for a variation in taste. Being able to choose the thickness of the soup is also a nice touch, making it easy to customize to your preference. Even when it's crowded, there are plenty of seats, so you can sit down smoothly, and it was a very satisfying bowl.
