A yakiniku restaurant with a secret homemade miso sauce

Yakiniku Matsuoka is located near Kintetsu Yokkaichi Station and is renowned for its offal dishes that can be enjoyed with a secret homemade miso sauce. Fresh meat is perfectly seasoned with the original sauce to provide the best flavor. The harami (skirt steak) is particularly exquisite, with a fantastic harmony between the meat's umami and the sauce. In a friendly atmosphere, you can enjoy a luxurious time paired with carefully selected draft beer.

We made a reservation a few days ago and visited with 4 people. The restaurant is new and has a smokeless roaster so you can enjoy yakiniku without worrying about the smoke. We ate a variety of dishes, all of which seemed to be larger than usual. What is unique is that there is no sauce on the table. It is the restaurant's style to put the sauce into the bowl before serving it to customers. The absence of a bowl of sauce also has the effect of reducing clutter on the table. We entered the restaurant at 6:30 p.m. on Friday and the place was already full with reservations. A couple of people who jumped in were also turned down. Reservations are a must if you want to be sure of a visit. Also, the table for four is hard to see people's faces at an angle due to the pipes of the smokeless roaster.
