Drawn in by the large sign of 100% buckwheat soba, I opened the door to be welcomed by a warm interior. The staff immediately guided me to my seat with a smile, and I appreciated their thoughtfulness. The smooth and slippery texture of the 100% buckwheat soba was fragrant, making me instinctively reach for my chopsticks. The tempura of wild vegetables and maitake mushrooms was crispy, and the sweetness of the vegetables was distinctly felt. The small dishes, such as the boiled bracken, were carefully prepared and added color to the dining table. This cozy eatery, which warms both body and soul, provides a boost of energy when you stop by during your sightseeing.
