I had Aizu's sauce katsu don, and I was very satisfied. The katsu soaked in sauce is placed generously on top of rice and cabbage, and the combination is perfect. The sauce has a good balance of sweetness and saltiness, and it's not heavy, making it easy to eat with chopsticks. Even when the sauce clings to it, the crispy texture of the coating remains, and the thickness is just right, making it easy to eat. I think it's a flavor that anyone can easily enjoy. The sauce katsu burger is also soft and juicy, with a sense of unity with the bun, providing a satisfying bite.
