Located along a tranquil scenic road, the interior of the restaurant is clean and calming. There are table seats and private rooms with sunken kotatsu, creating a relaxing atmosphere for families. The pork cutlet has a light, crispy coating and tender, moist meat. The loin cutlet has just the right amount of flavorful fat, making it juicy and satisfying. The minced meat cutlet and ham cutlet are also fried to perfection with a delightful aroma, making them hard to resist. The harmony between the coating and the meat makes it easy to eat, and I enjoyed refills of cabbage and rice, as well as the flavorful miso soup.
