There are about 4 types of daily muffins available. Made with Hokkaido butter and Hokkaido wheat. Not too sweet as brown sugar is used, making it a perfect snack or breakfast option!
We make it by hand using Hokkaido wheat, rapeseed oil, and soy milk. It is a scone with a crispy exterior and a fluffy interior.
We mainly bake large cookies like American cookies. We also bake snowballs, shortbreads, and more.
