Located in an area with old townscapes, you can spend your time slowly in a calm atmosphere. The interior, utilizing a traditional wooden house, has a warm feel, and both the table and counter seating are comfortable. From the counter, you can enjoy watching the chefs at work, which is entertaining in itself. The appetizer of salmon roe and scallops leaves a strong impression with its crispy skin texture and balanced umami. The combination of eel with mango, truffle, and goat cheese is surprisingly harmonious and very delicious. The course also includes dishes like wild boar mezzaluna and pheasant, and it concludes with herbal tea and small sweets, providing a comforting end.
