【Morteau Truffle】Among the white mold cheeses represented by Camembert, the oldest in history is 'Brie de Meaux'. This luxurious item is sandwiched with the finest black truffles from Périgord, France. The rich flavor of milk and the aromatic scent of truffles spread throughout the mouth. It is crafted by the renowned 'Rothschild' family, famous for being one of the five great châteaux of Bordeaux, making it a true 'winning cheese' that can cater to one or two levels higher in hospitality. It pairs well with both Champagne and heavier red wines. 【Extra AOC Comté】The pinnacle of French hard cheeses. 'Comté' boasts the highest consumption in France, the cheese country. It is a large hard cheese made in the Franche-Comté region, which borders Switzerland in eastern France. There are certainly reasons why it is loved; it is aromatic, flavorful, and truly delicious at any time, with a sweetness unique to mountain cheeses that you can enjoy along with its richness. 【Munster Jérôme】A washed-rind cheese produced in the Lorraine region of France (AOC designated area). This cheese has been produced for a long time in the towns of Munster and Jérôme, located on either side of the Vosges Mountains. The rind is orange, and the inside is creamy and soft. While it has a strong aroma typical of washed-rind cheeses, you can enjoy its creamy and mild taste. It pairs well with red wine.

The cocktail [Martini], which is also known as the 'king of cocktails', is very popular as a short cocktail. The standard recipe has a ratio of dry gin to dry vermouth of 3:1, but there are various variations depending on the ratio of gin to vermouth. Famous variations include the dry martini with a higher gin ratio and the dirty martini, which includes olive juice. It became widely known from the scene in the 007 series where James Bond says, 'Vodka Martini. Shaken, not stirred.' At our establishment, we serve it with larger salted olives than usual.

A masterpiece combining peach and champagne! A summer cocktail.
At our establishment, we offer a cocktail that is very smooth with a fluffy, chocolate mint flavor, allowing you to enjoy it with a dessert-like sensation without feeling much of the alcohol. It is recommended not only for women but also for men who enjoy sweet flavors. The name of the cocktail, Grasshopper, refers to a 'grasshopper' or 'cricket.' It is known as a cocktail that has changed in its preparation from the past to the present. Originally, the Grasshopper was made as a three-layered pousse café style cocktail, but at some point, it became common to shake it, resulting in a completely mixed form of the three ingredients, which is how it is made today.
While the dry martini is called the 'King of Cocktails', the deep red and sweet Manhattan is referred to as the 'Queen of Cocktails'. There are many theories about its name, but it is said that all of them are related to Manhattan, New York. Additionally, the movie 'Some Like It Hot' starring Marilyn Monroe also contributed to the cocktail's fame, as a scene where the singer played by Marilyn struggles to make a Manhattan cocktail on a train is said to have strengthened the impression of the Manhattan.

Originating from Havana, Cuba, it is said that in the late 16th century, the English pirate Richard Drake introduced a drink called 'Draque', which is considered a precursor to the Mojito, to the people of Cuba. This 'Draque' is said to have used aguardiente, a distilled spirit made from sugarcane (the precursor to rum). The name comes from the Spanish word 'mojar', which means to wet, and it is a cocktail with a refreshing taste combining the aroma of mint and the acidity of lime, making it perfect for hot seasons.
Born in 1946 at a restaurant called 'Cock 'n Bull' on Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood, the Moscow Mule means 'Moscow's donkey' and is said to hit you 'like a kick from a mule,' being a strong vodka-based cocktail. There are various theories, but it was developed to use up the large amounts of ginger beer that were left over. Its refreshing taste makes it a popular cocktail both before and after meals. At our establishment, we serve it in authentic copper mugs, using vodka infused with fresh ginger from Saga.
The name is said to originate from the late 19th century when people working in the Daiquiri mines in Cuba squeezed lime into the locally produced rum and added sugar to drink. The aroma and acidity of the lime spread in the mouth, and the exquisite balance of sweetness and acidity is the key to its flavor. Some customers prefer a frozen type called 'Frozen Daiquiri,' which is made with crushed ice to create a slushy texture. This cocktail is also famous as one loved by the literary giant Hemingway.
The White Russian is a cocktail made by mixing vodka with coffee liqueur and heavy cream. The term 'Russian' refers to the country of origin of vodka, Russia. The exact origin is unclear, but there are various theories, including one that imagines the extremely cold, snow-covered Russia and another that references the White Russians. The cocktail, which has two layers due to the different densities of vodka, coffee liqueur, and heavy cream, can be enjoyed not only for its taste but also for its appearance. The addition of heavy cream makes it a smooth, sweet, and easy-to-drink cocktail. *We prepare it by infusing roasted coffee beans in vodka.*

The aroma is filled with fruity notes, with hints of dried fruits and a subtle Scotch heather flavor, offering a rich and fruity sweetness, a gentle oak that creates a smooth mouthfeel, and a long, fragrant finish. The origin of the highball dates back to 1905 in America. Tommy Dewar, the second generation of Dewar's, went out to a salon with friends to enjoy Scotch (to enjoy = have a ball). When the glasses served were small, he told the waiter that if they could serve it in a taller glass, it would be more enjoyable (high ball). This moment is recorded in newspapers as the birth of Scotch highball whiskey. In our establishment, unless a specific brand is requested, we use the balanced Dewar's 12 years. Why not quench your thirst with a highball that reflects each establishment's individuality in its base and preparation? Dewar's boasts one of the highest sales volumes in the world for whiskey, and in America, when it comes to Scotch, Dewar's is the big brand that is often mentioned. Notably, in 1891, the steel magnate Andrew Carnegie, born in Scotland, gifted a barrel of Dewar's to then-President Benjamin Harrison, which became a famous news story that made headlines across the nation.

An aromatic Macallan developed in collaboration with a world-renowned perfumer, available in limited quantities. Developed in partnership with Roger Dub, a global perfumer from Guerlain. It is composed of particularly unique aromatic whiskies from Macallan. Two cooperages in Spain provide the core sherry cask whiskies. The butts and puncheons from the cooperage 'Tevasa' offer rich fruitcake aromas. From the hogsheads of the same cooperage, one can experience notes of orange and charred oak. Additionally, casks supplied by another cooperage, 'Udoza', feature a green, freshly cut oak scent and citrus flavors. The woody aroma and citrus accents are crucial components of the perfumer's recipe. Multiple types of bourbon casks are also used. The hogsheads impart a green apple aroma, while the first-fill bourbon barrels contribute a vanilla ice cream scent. Furthermore, dry and floral whiskies are obtained from sherry butts after the second fill. This floral aroma is also a key element used in perfumes, but according to Roger Dub, it was added to balance the sweetness of the bourbon cask whiskies. Let's taste the whiskey from the glass prepared by Ken Grier. Bringing the glass close to the nose reveals a fresh wood scent reminiscent of pine. Jasmine, soft vanilla, spices of cinnamon and ginger, fruitcake, sultana raisins, and even impressions of citrus like lemon intertwine. An aromatic Macallan created in collaboration with a world-renowned perfumer. *Limited quantity available. Developed in collaboration with Roger Dub, a world-renowned perfumer from Guerlain. The woody aroma and citrus accents are crucial components of the recipe for the perfumer. Multiple types of bourbon casks are also used. The hogsheads impart a green apple aroma, while the first-fill bourbon barrels contribute a vanilla ice cream scent. Furthermore, dry and floral whiskies are obtained from the second-fill and later sherry butts. It is indeed a complex aroma crafted by one of the world's leading perfumers. Upon tasting, the light and airy mouthfeel is pleasant. BUCK 8 years is bottled using the sour mash method (which is said to enhance the flavor and aroma of the product) by a famous distillery in Kentucky for a certain client, and is produced in small batches (aged in first-fill and second-fill bourbon barrels). The label reflects the ruggedness and spirit of a rodeo cowboy. Contrary to what the label suggests, it is a straightforward and easy-to-drink bourbon, so please give it a try.
Unlike typical bourbons that blend various barrel spirits for flavor uniformity, Blanton’s is bottled from a single barrel. Even if the barrels contain the same Blanton’s spirit, they are never mixed. Each cap features one of the eight letters from the name 'B-L-A-N-T-O-N-S', and when collected, they create a beautiful form that resembles a racehorse in motion, like a flipbook. This playful element adds to the enjoyment of Blanton’s. The flavor is very refreshing and easy to drink, with a smoothness that is appealing. It has a brandy-like aroma and taste, with a solid body and a slightly sweet flavor.
A representative bourbon whiskey that is easy to drink, produced by the oldest distillery in Kentucky, the Woodford Reserve Distillery. Its smooth flavor is created through slow and uniform aging. Due to its high quality and versatility that pairs beautifully with a wide range of cocktail ingredients, it is the most popular craft bourbon used as a base for whiskey cocktails in top bars around the world. The unique production method incorporates careful attention to all elements, including the use of natural underground water that does not require filtration, grain ratios, distillation using three pot stills, and aging methods, which underpin the high quality of Woodford Reserve. The aroma evokes the characteristic honey and vanilla of bourbon, but leans more towards a fruity impression. The taste also has depth, with complex flavors layered upon each other that stimulate the palate.
A craft bourbon made from carefully selected barrels aged between 6 to 8 years. It is bottled straight from the barrel without any dilution or filtration during the manufacturing process. It features a fruity yet distinct bitterness, characterized by strong flavors such as vanilla. Since it is bottled without any dilution or filtration, there are subtle differences in alcohol content and flavor depending on the production year, which captivates whiskey (bourbon) enthusiasts. It has many passionate fans, and once someone is enchanted by it, they often find themselves unable to part with it. We highly recommend trying the craft bourbon 'Booker’s'.

A limited release from Maker’s Mark, known as the king of bourbon. This product undergoes a secondary aging process where ten charred French oak staves, known as inner staves, are submerged in the barrel of aged whiskey for several months. This process results in a sweeter finish. The recommended way to enjoy it is neat or on the rocks. You can experience a wonderful harmony of sweet caramel and vanilla aromas derived from the inner staves, along with a rich flavor profile. The name '46' comes from the number used to specify the level of charring of the 'inner staves' to the barrel maker.

Pussers, which has long been the rum of choice for the British Navy, has its distillery in Trinidad and Tobago and Guyana, with bottling done in Barbados. The base rum is blended to perfection and aged for a minimum of 3 years. The '15 Year' is considered equivalent to the finest cognacs and brandies. Most rums distilled today can efficiently extract 98.5% alcohol. In contrast, when distilled in wooden stills, the yield is only 67%, which also increases costs. Additionally, during the aging process, some of the rum evaporates, and after 15 years of aging in wooden barrels, only about 7% of the original rum remains. This is what makes Pussers 15 Year special. For every bottle of Pussers 15 Year, approximately 16 bottles worth of rum evaporate into the air. This is why it is likened to premium cognacs.
Ron Zacapa is said to have a 'heavenly taste' and is produced in a aging facility located at the highest altitude in the world, 2,300 meters above sea level, alongside Guatemala's lush landscape. It is distilled from 'virgin sugar cane honey,' which is concentrated from the first pressing of sugar cane juice, and slowly aged in bourbon barrels, sherry casks, and Pedro Ximénez barrels using the solera system in the cool mountain air. The sweet aromas of caramel, vanilla, and butterscotch harmonize with the layers of fragrance obtained from the barrels through the solera system. It features distinctive flavors of sherry, toasted hazelnuts, banana toffee, and dried pineapple. On the palate, it offers a sweet, honey-like viscosity and a complex, rich flavor profile, with notes of raisins and apricots, sweetness from nutmeg, coffee, and vanilla, and a balanced spiciness from ginger and cinnamon that lingers in the finish.

Daniel Bouju has been producing Cognac since 1805. The grapes are sourced from premier vineyards in the Cognac region, specifically grown in the heart of the Grande Champagne area. The harvested grapes are distilled using traditional methods, and all Cognac is aged in Limousin oak barrels. In recent years, many Cognacs have added caramel to achieve an amber color, but Daniel Bouju creates a beautiful amber-colored Cognac using only the color from new barrels without any caramel. It features aromas and flavors of nutmeg, clove, cinnamon, and vanilla, along with nuances of prune. Aged for 25 years, it is made from 100% Ugni Blanc grapes.
The Martell company is one of the representative brands of Cognac due to its long history and large production scale. Martell began making Cognac in 1715, and its production method is known for being particularly classical and traditional among Cognac makers. The blending is done by a hereditary chief blender, whose artistry is highly regarded. Among them, Cordon Bleu is said to be a drinking perfume, and since its launch in 1912, it has gained high popularity as a typical high-end Cognac, partly because a splendid aroma remains in the glass even after drinking. The fragrance evokes notes of candied plums and apples, along with roasted coffee and nuts. The taste offers an elegant, rich, and complex flavor characteristic of brandy made from luxuriously blended grapes from the Bordeaux region.
