Grated yam and nagaimo mixed together, and the tororo (grated yam) stretched with dashi soup is chewy and delicious. (The soba soup is served cold during this season. It can also be served warm.)

A gentle flavor with soy sauce and bonito dashi. The kenchin-style dish with plenty of ingredients is served with grated ginger as a condiment.

Ripe tomatoes and noodle soup are the secret ingredients. We added richness with milk. (We can adjust the spiciness for those who are not good with spicy food)
