Uonuma Kamameshi is a carefully cooked rice dish using Koshihikari rice from Minami Uonuma, Niigata Prefecture. To fully enjoy the flavor of the rice, we have prepared accompanying dishes that go well with rice (salted salmon, pickled plum, Nanban miso).
Koshihikari chicken and burdock cooked together. It is a standard kama-meshi that is not boring.
