Our most popular menu item, we prioritize seasonality and freshness above all, so the fish will change depending on the day. The flavors of the citrus sauces, which also change with the seasons, are another attraction.
Under thorough quality control, the chef personally praises it as the best duck meat in Japan from Kyoto, with a very fine texture and sweet fat, allowing you to savor the original flavor of the duck. It is available only at our store within the prefecture. We offer it as pâté and roast.
The owner, who is also from a fresh fish shop, identifies and procures the seasonal fish of the day, sometimes having it caught, and serves it roasted, grilled, or sautéed.
The menu will be based on the whims of the day, but we are particular about using domestically produced garlic and delicious olive oil.
This dish consists of locally sourced vegetables cooked in a manner suitable for each type, then sautéed in butter. Please enjoy the delicious, authentic flavors of local ingredients.
