The ingredients are only 'junmai sake and plums.' No sugars are added at all. This is a junmai sake specially brewed with all koji that enhances the natural sweetness inherent in junmai sake, and it is infused with plums from Iwate Prefecture at low temperatures. It is refreshing, making it enjoyable with meals.
