The freshly roasted beans have a wonderful aroma that excites me the moment I open the package. Although it is not a place to drink on-site, I feel reassured as they focus on selling the beans. The flavor is rich and strong, with a sharp depth and a pleasant mild acidity. The center is medium roasted, and the balance of bitterness and sweetness is good, making it easy to brew at home. I was also happy to find drip packs, which allow for easy enjoyment. There is a strength that satisfies with just one cup, making my time at home feel a little more special.
