We had a very pleasant time with very tasty food that made the most of the ingredients and the owner and staff were very attentive.

The renovated traditional house creates a very calming space that is incredibly comfortable. The view from the large windows is beautiful, allowing for a relaxing time. The pancakes are fluffy, and the generous amounts of whipped cream and blueberry sauce make me happy. There is vanilla ice cream hidden under the whipped cream, and the melting sensation is delightful. The rice dishes are also delicious, and I am particularly satisfied with the pork ginger. The staff are kind, considerate of families with children, and the service is smooth, making for a pleasant atmosphere.

In addition to the delicious yakitori and sake, the a la carte dishes served here are also delicious and show the meticulous attention to detail that goes into each dish. The owner is always sincere in his approach to cooking and is always eager to pursue even more delicious dishes, not just to satisfy his customers. The ume (plum) entrée has just the right amount of acidity, making it a perfect match with sake. Also, to my surprise, the combination with salted fish is also excellent, and the salted koji grilled sesage is superb. All of the sake that the restaurant carries is also delicious, making Tori Ding a very satisfying place to visit.
