The interior of the shop, which has a cabin-like atmosphere, is spacious and allows you to fully experience the air of Hayama. The steak, carefully grilled on an iron plate inside the shop, is cooked to perfection and very tender. The simple seasoning enhances the meat's flavor, and pairing it with a Japanese sauce adds depth. The salad and cold soup are refreshing, making you look forward to the next bite. It's also nice to have the option to choose between a Japanese style with rice and miso soup or a Western style with soup and bread. After the meal, two types of desserts are served, and combined with the friendly service from the staff, it makes for a satisfying moment.
