Raw beef dish
Gunuri's raw beef bibimbap uses Hanwoo beef that has been aged for about half a day after being slaughtered, along with seasonal vegetables. The raw beef is mixed with sesame oil, minced garlic, and other ingredients. Since it is a raw dish, freshness is essential, and Gunuri, which operates a Hanwoo meat restaurant, maintains freshness due to a high turnover rate that ensures we do not run out of raw beef. To achieve a light and nutty flavor, we use lean cuts of meat and put extra effort into preparation without considering yield. Finally, we complete the nutty flavor with a raw egg yolk. We also serve our bibimjang, which contains Gunuri's long-standing know-how.
