Using parent chicken with rich flavor and texture. Kyushu Miyazaki-style charcoal-grilled chicken is cooked quickly at high temperature, enveloped in smoke and flames. The chicken with a fragrant aroma goes perfectly with various types of alcohol.
A superb assortment of three pieces of fresh chicken sashimi. Made with the brand chicken 'Ise Akadori' from Mie Prefecture. The owner's special recommendation, a luxurious assortment of thigh meat, breast meat, and liver. A dish to be enjoyed with Japanese sake or shochu.
A classic dish perfect for beer or highball. The fried chicken from [Kamiya] is made in the style of Oita Prefecture's B-grade gourmet 'Nakatsu Karaage'. The chicken is marinated in a flavorful sauce and the garlic aroma stimulates the appetite.
